Initial assessment

After booking your plan I will call you for your initial assessment. This 20-30-minute assessment is important for me to get to know you. I need to know how your daily life looks like, what your current fitness level is, how your diet is, what your goals are and if you’ve had/have any injuries. All this information will help me to design a personalized plan for YOU.

A PERSONALIZED TRAINING PROGRAM

I will plan your training program based on your preferences and the information ​you’ve given me in the initial assessment. I will do adjustments to your program every 4 weeks. ​I will build your plan in a way which suits you best so you can achieve your fitness goals.

A PERSONALIZED DIET SUGGESTION PLAN

Get a personalized diet plan and nutrition coaching to achieve your goals. Together we decide what suits you the best. You can follow a meal suggestion plan or I can coach you to learn how to eat healthy according to your goals and needs.

Constant accountability and motivation.

You will have 24/7 access to me via your coaching app/website, whatsapp and email. ​I want to motivate you and support you to reach your goals. The weekly measurements and progress pictures are also a great tool to keep you motivated. (and also a great tool for me to see if things are working how they should).

I’m a certified Personal Trainer and certified Nutrition coach. For two years in a row now I’ve been the coach of the German reality weight loss TV-Show ‘’The Biggest Loser’’. Helping them to lose unbelievable amounts of weight and helping them to get a healthier, happier life.

I’m an Athlete. My passion is obstacle course racing, mostly Spartan Races. It's a way of pushing my body to its limits and trying to get better. I believe that hard work pays off. I tell my clients to work hard for their goals. I want to show a good example.
